DISTRICT 3040 GOALS
1) Club Service
a) Membership
: Net gain of 200 members. Each club should induct 3 new members including female member. 100% retention of members should have net gain of noe members by each club compulsory.
b) Extension
: 12, New Clubs, One new club in each zone.
c) Intercity Meets : Intercity meets on all avenues.
d) District Training programs & seminars :
DOTS ---------------------------- 60% Attendance
PETS/SETS ---------------------- 100% Attendance
Dist. Assembly------------------ All clubs to participate
Seminars------------------------- Each club to encourage members to Participate
e) District conference
: 700 Delegates
f) Attendance
: 60% in all clubs
g) Public Relation
: Each club to have 6 news insertions in local news paper/TV channels.
h) Payment of Dues
: R.I semi annual dues to be paid by each club before 31st July & 31 st jan. District dues to be paid before 31st AUGUST.
I) Family of rotary : Each club to conduct one rotary program with family of rotary every months.
2) Vocational Services
a) Career Guidance
: One District carrier Guidance Seminar. Each club to conduct at least one carrier guidance camp in a school.
b) Four Way Test
: Each club to display four-way test at-least one public place.
c) Vocational Awards : Every club should / organize vocational awards program.

d) Vocational Training
: At least 3 under privileged persons to be imparted vocational training by each club.
3) Community Service

a) Health Concerns

: Each Club to conduct health check-up camps-one every month polio plus-each club to have an awareness program for polio immunization and to assist immunization booths

b) Literacy
: To sponsor girls for studies. Each club should promote literacy with special emphasison.
- Support community school, with furniture
- Adult education for women
- Sponsoring minimum 15 under privileged students.

c) Water Management
: Each club to support at least one water harvesting and safety drinking water project, especially in govt schools.
d) Service projects : Each club should have one permanent service project for the community.

e) RCC

: Each Club
4) International Service
a) LYE : Short term two exchange
b) International friendship exchange : One friendship exchange
c) Rotary volunteers : To register 5 volunteer s.
d) GES Team : To send one team one Team to district 1450To receive one team from district 1450
e) WCS : To enlist atleast 2 projects on WCS.
5) YOUTH SERVICE (NEW GENERATION)
a) Ryla : 1 district RYLAEncourage each club to have RYLA
b) Rotaract : Each club should have one Rotaract club
c) Interact : Each club should have one Interact club
d) Inter District Youth Exchange : 2 Exchanges
6.) ROTARY FOUNDATION
a) Annual Giving : Every Rotarian Every Year 100% Clubs to participate.
b) PHF : Each club should have a new PHF
c) Major Donar : Atleast one
d) Benefactor : Atleast two
e) Bequestor : Atleat two
f) Matching Grants : 10 Projects.
g) Scholarship : World peace scholarship -1Ambassadorial -1
